How to follow this board
- Anyone may speak on an agenda item at its public hearing, or at its first or second reading, after the item is introduced and before the Council deliberates. On city business not on the agenda, anyone may speak in the Public Addressing the Council periods: at the start of the meeting for up to three minutes, and at the end for up to five.
